Engine de-code for a '68

This is either partial, or wrong. Is there anything you can tell me about this on the block:

18I
324383 (that's the parital VIN)
TI 228 EE

Not having much luck. Thanks!

Looks perfectly normal to me, what do you think is wrong?

Its a 68 Los Angels car VIN 124X78L324383 where X is a coupe or convertible

TI2228EE is a 327 275 HP with a powerglide trans built 12/28/67 (the 67 is assumed)

Thanks Ragtop! I thought it was partial, because when he read it off to me over the phone, he didn't sound sure of a couple of digits. Also, he mentioned the heads were "fuelie" or double-hump heads. I don't have the casting numbers on them, but are they like the Corvette heads - 2.02 intakes ? And would that have been a std. head for that block, or have they been added in your opinion?

The original heads are camel humps, but with 1.94 intake valves.
The engine code is L30, maybe you can read more about it here, just ignore the M20 stuff:
