which sparkplugs?

Hi guys, I just put the motor and tranny in car, now putting on small things like heater hoses, fuel lines and so forth and I am down to putting sparkplugs and wires on my 350. I have already bought the wires but not the plugs. I am putting a pertronix electronic system on the distributor and was curious if that changes anything. I have a slightly bigger than stock cam, block bored .040, 882 heads and headers going on car. Would I buy the original plugs for the year of car or would it be different with what I am running? Thanks for any help

Re: which sparkplugs?

Stock plugs with a slightly increased gap would work fine.

Re: which sparkplugs?

I have a similar 350 setup with pertronix dizzy and coil. Mine has a .030 bore with the C/C XE286 and a 600vac carb and my heads are 461's. I was told to run Autolite303 with a gap of .035 to .038. This if for a 67 350 btw

Also I would recommend Summit Taylor Cable 74201 wires @ $47.99 Nice Set.
