short or long water pump?

i have a 67 camaro with a short water pump with a unversal long arm alternator bracket. i want to switch to a long water pump an new pulleys, will this cause a problem with clearance for the fan and shroud

All pre 68 chevy's came with a short water pump, and a driver side alternator.

69 and up used the long pump and pass side alternator.

The 69 shroud is an inch shorter. ALL the pulleys and brackets are different. And you have to move and rewired the alternator. The power steering brackets are different too. If you have a/c, it has to switch sides too.

If you want to get a different bracket and keep the short water pump, look at these brackets from Alan Grove.

To emphasize what Jim said ALL pulleys and Brackets must be changed in going to a long waterpump.
