402 w/ 454 crank

Im looking at buying a truck with a 402 bbc in it the owner says that it has a 454 crank and comes out to a 434 stroker, im not familiar with this setup has anyone heard of this or tried it? thanks

It's a .030" over 402 w/ a stock, 4.00" long 454 crank in it is all.

Good smaller combination by me if the price is right? Should be good for extra torque.

But, imho, I would hunt up a bad cranked 454 block out of a mid '70's to '80's P/U, Step-side, School bus or 'Burb and for not all that much money more make a 496 that can easily make 550 hp at 5500 rpm.

You may want to inquire if this combo was professionally balanced prior to assy.Anytime the bobweight is altered..the balance is affected.
