Re: winter time

if you let it run, get it up to operating temp..and let it run for a while !! or rap up the car real good and disconnect the battery...if its that cold, remove the battery and put under your bed till spring..

Re: winter time

Just take the battery out and leave it be till it starts getting warmer outdoors!

Re: winter time

Today on my way home from a friends house I forgot to let my vehicle warm up and forgot it was 40 or so outside, nailed it (which I normally don't do, I was trying to see if the 02 sensor was causing a service engine soon light at idle from cold weather condensation, trying to burn it off of them) looked down and the oil psi gauge went from 40 to 15 or so at 5,000rpm, stupid mistake and I'm lucky I didn't toast the bottom end since most of the oil was sent up top.
Anyways, along with battery storage and regular re charges LET YOUR VEHICLES WARM UP!!! We usually don't have to do this in Texas which is why I was so stupid to forget.

The only Mustang I'd ever own is a Fender.
