Holley carb level?

I know all chassis builders set engine up so carb is level. Super Victor intake (sbc) is set up so carb is level when engine is level,no compensation as in most other manifolds. My gasser sits with a very nose high stance and I am building new engine mounts but do not want the engine sitting in car completely level. I would the engine slightly lower in the rear( from level).I wonder how many degrees out of level I can have the carb and still have it work correctly. The carb is a quick fuel 750 DP E-85. The pinion angle will then be adjusted to be in phase with the trans when its location is finalized. Thanks Tom

Yep, spacers will help. Carb mounting surface is parallel to rocker panel.
