adjusting valves with engine running

Will i do harm adjusting the valves on a roller cam, roller lifter engine while running? its a zz4 350 with hot cam and fast burn heads

Just some oil mess unless you have a topless valve cover.

or just use those cool little covers on each rocker...they are really neat.

But don't rev the engine with the valve covers off--you'll send streams of oil all over your engine bay.
