Correct Carb for 406

Engine is a 400 .30 over, 487x heads, dont have the exact specs on the cam, but its a extreme energy, slightly above stock, performer eps intake, M20, 373 gear. I have a holley 600 cfm, 4150. Is this a big enough carb, its a new carb, hate not to use it but want to make sure it can handle the motor.

If its a street motor then yes but borderline small...If you plan on any track time...go bigger 750-800dp

I agree.

Sounds like a mid to low end torque monster. With those heads and a mild cam my first choice would be a 650 but the 600 should work just fine. I think a 750 would be overkill unless your looking to go more radical down the road.

i got a 670 street avenger on mine no complants at all, runs very nice.
