If I wanted to buy a 427 BB, where is the best place to buy it price/quality ?

My vote is, build one ,its cheaper than a gm 427 crate engine for 12-15k?

It all depends on what u wanna do with it? You could buy a used one off the net. Then you could rebuild it up and make it stronger bigger etc. Or u could buy a crate.

Got to give the PEOPLE what they want!

Look....if you wanna be the best then you gotta take out the best!

Sounds good, that build plan, but I have zero knowledge of how to..
So I'd be better of with a crate but I strated this topic also because maybe someone would say : this shop, they have the best quality for low prices

Buy a GM crate Elias from a GM dealer or Summitt ....IMO have it shipped to you and your done ...Happy motoring

But from who ? If I type in GM crate, tons of sites of which I can choose : the biggest one, from GM I think, and tons and tons of sites about shops all over the US, of which I wanted to know from you guys, which is the best shop price-quality..
