Best budget big block heads?

Well its almost here, tax return time, *LOL* and it gets me thinking I need some good heads for my 454. I am checking on Jegs and some that caught my eye (and wallet) were the Merlin III cast irons and the Iron Eagle's from Dart. I will update the cam and lifters at the same time, anyone here use either of these heads or something in a similar price range?

I've got World Products "Merlin" heads on my 468 and they seem to make pretty good power .
