Re: angled plug headers

I used Dyna Tech headers, there stepped header 1 3/4 to 1 7/8. They fit great had no problems with the clutch linkage or the power steering box.

Re: angled plug headers

I have some of these same parts, except the heads. But I do have angled plugs on my 454 SBC (World block and heads). I also have PS and Vintage air and TKO 600. But due to higher HP, I use the a 3.5 collector on Hooker #2207-1. I don't know about your choice of 2.5 exhaust..why not 3" ? Your collector is going to be 3" I think, so I would run that much at least to your muffler, then maybe use 2.5" tailpipes if you want.

Before you buy, call the header manufacturer as they know how to read the tea leaves in their catalogs.
