What Are These on a 427 Motor

While stripping my motor to get it ready to paint I found these.One on each side and on the freeze plugs?
Says:Void If Removed 580 Pioneer

its a heat tag from the rebuilder.if you over heat the engine.they fall off.

It shows those heads are rebuilt.

I also read somewhere those are to tell the rebuilder if the head has ever been overheated.

Went to Lowes and bought Kleen Strip.Used there spray bottle to apply.but DO NOT let this stuff tough your skin!
