82 350

hey all I was just wondering on a 1982 chev 350 with a mild cam what should the oil psi be ?

also just wondering what is a resonable idle rpm for the cam ( its a 270 comp cam) Just kinda wondering what you guys would idle it at

Cam shouldn't affect oil pressure. You need at least 10psi at idle and 10psi for every 1000 rpms of engine speed. What do you have now? A mild cam should idle below 1000, how low will it idle now when cold?

I havnt adjusted the high idle yet but it will idle at about 600-700 rpmand at idle I got around 30 psi oil pressure
