Quadrajet 4barrel choke question

Hello all,

I am wondering if someone can let me know what type of choke is on my 4bbl q-jet...7028212 DH.
I am going to replace my 2 barrel with this 4 barrel q-jet and an Edelbrock Performer RPM Q-Jet Intake (7104), and want to make sure everything will work correctly together.
Thanks a lot for the help!

Your car originally had a divorced choke. Here's the kit:

Indeed. The Performer intake has the choke stove to mount the kit noted above.

You might double check that. I think there is a Performer 2101 that has the choke stove cast in. I'm not aware of a Performer RPM that does, however.

Re: Quadrajet 4barrel choke question

We're talking about the Q-Jet Performer and the Q-Jet RPM Performer. Yes, both have the choke stove for the divorced choke.

Here's a photo of the Q-Jet RPM Perfomer:

It's not the best angle, but you can clearly see the stove on the other side of the carb pad and the hole for the screw that would attach the thermostat spring assembly.

Oops my bad - sorry for any confusion. I plumb forgot about the RPM Q-Jet.
