DZ 302 Engine Crank Bearing Cap Part #s

Are the bearing caps for the front and rear crank bearing journals different part #'S than the middle three 2482 four bolt caps? I thought they were all the nodular iron spec and that is indicated by the 2482 part #. Does a front bearing cap with a part #3951? make sense. And what should they be if not the 2482? Thanks.

There might be a number as to position from the front cast into the cap.

That's right and so I am trying to figure out what that part # should be. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: DZ 302 Engine Crank Bearing Cap Part #s

probably the same part number as every 350 made from 69 until the mid 70's that used the same block. i could go out to the garage and look at the 4 bolt mid 70's 350 block i've got.

you don't plan sincerity.
you have to make it up on the spot.

wanna hear about 20 years ago when i was too smart to know any better?
