take a look at this plug (502)...

I tried using my 3/8 drive on this sq head but a bit to big. I don't have anything else with a sq head - only hex. What can I use on this? Also see the 2 plugs below. The one just to the top left of the filter in first pic. The second pic shows from bottom. Can I put oil presure sender there opposed to the the port over the filter (not even sure if this is oii port)? When using the top port, my sender is going to be super close to my headers. I am using an autometer sender.

5/16, All tool trucks have them, or take an old 3/8 ext, grind to fit.

I had a transplanted LT1 engine in an old K5 that had plugs like that. I had to use a 3/8" to 5/16" adapter and that worked. I had to order it. If I can find it, you can have it since I haven't used it since I got rid of that Blazer.

Yes, and use a 90* adapter for the sender at the upper port.

Those ports on the bottom are for an oil cooler, I guess you could use one of those, but I've never seen it done.

Just a heads up....that oil filter looks like it may be a little small in diameter. Myself and some others have pumped oil past the seal on the AC1218 and all over the garage floor. Take a look at this for a better part number:
