Engine assembly measurement sheet?

I am getting ready to start pre-assembling my engine to check clearances. I would like to find a blank form with all the measurements needed that I can fill out. That way I know I check everything I need and have a record of the measurements. Does anyone have one that they could share with me or know where I can find one? I would think there would be some out there somewhere. I search the site and couldn't find one.

Thanks,

Matt

Re: Engine assembly measurement sheet?

Matt,

I would strongly urge you to get David Vizard's book "How to rebuild your Small-block Chevy."

It's a step by step cookbook; you can't go wrong.

Heck, even a girl can do it !

Re: Engine assembly measurement sheet?

That is one I don't have. I guess I will have to look into that one. I have "Rebuilding the Small Block Chevy" by Larry Atherton, "Engine Blueprinting" by Rick Voegelin, and "Small Block Chevy Performance" by John Baechtel. The first two have checklists/measurement sheets in the back for the basics but don't cover everything that the books say to measure.
