Z28 starter interchange

I have a 1969 350 motor, 4sp in my 69z.I have a chance to buy a rebuilt 1108367 z28 starter for a good price . My question is will it bolt up with no problems thanks.

It all depends on your flywheel size, 153 or 168 tooth wheel.
