Edelbrock Head Question

Has any one tried the Edelbrock RPM 6089 heads on a 388 Stroker in a 1967 Camaro?

Looking to see what kind of ET times yall are getting.

Edelbrock says the E-Tec 200's are a better head.

Re: Edelbrock Head Question

Small head for a 388.....170cc unless they're actually newer 60899's which are 185cc. Used or new? I think they're intended as more of a street 350 head than a race head.

Re: Edelbrock Head Question

I ran the older RPM heads on my 383 with the whole RPM package and ran 12.6 1/4mi. With a cam swap, Vic Jr, and mild porting it went 12.1 in my 69. See my sig.

And yes the E-Tec are better heads.
