Not a camaro question

But...still a carburetor quesiton:

I am helping a buddy rebuild the carburetor on his 1967 K10 truck--it is a 292 inline 6, with a single barrel (have not looked at it) Rochester carb.

Any pitfalls, or special items to look at during the rebuild?

Re: Not a camaro question

Just make sure the throttle shaft in base of carb has no play, my 66 SS Chevyll carb did and I had to take it to a carb shop that can drill it out and install bushing. it will cause vacumn leak and mess up your performance. Jay
