new motor

I just got a 5.3 lm7 for free the guy said it had been sitting for a while but ran when pulled when I got there I tried to turn the motor and it was seized so he just gave it to me. now I plan on a rebuild with stock crank but boring it to make it a 5.7 and also have plans for boost. my problem is I dont know what im going to put this in. I have my 67 that has a 396 sbc or I have my 87 s10 pro street with a 350 if it goes in the camaro the 396 is getting the heads and cam from the s10 and it will go in it or the 396 will stay and the s10 will get the lm7
