327/275 or 210?

I purchased my 68 back in 89 when it had been sitting for 5 years in the woods. At the time it had a 327 with quadrajet, saginaw 4 speed and 3.08 10 bolt. I ditched the drive train years ago and now wonder if the car wasn't numbers matching but it is too late to check now. I would like to know is there a way to know if it was a 275 or 210 horse 327? I am not positive that the intake was origianl or not but was for a quadrajet and it had the oil spout in front. It also had the breather can on the inside of the intake valley instead of a pcv in the valve cover. I think my car was an early 68 but can't remember. The heads were the double humps and had sept 67 casting date, which I do remember for sure. Any ideas?

Re: 327/275 or 210?

If the heads were original to the block, then it wouldn't have been a 210 because they did not have double humps. They had small valve(1.72)intakes. 275 hp cars have Qjets and 1.94 valve heads. Sounds pretty likely it was a 275 hp 327.

Re: 327/275 or 210?

A 4 barrel (Quadrajet) instead of a 2 barrel in a 327 would have been 275hp L30 engine. I think the double hump heads were also unique to the L30 but someone who knows more may chime in.

See here for other but I don't think there is much more visual difference:

Edit: Tom must have been posting at the same time so he answered what I wasn't sure of.

Thanks guys, that is what I was thinking as well. Too bad the internet wasn't around back then so I could have known what to check before disassemblying a possible numbers matching car. Not sure it would have mattered to a 18 year old though.
