holly 850 dp floats sticking

Does anyone know how i can get my recently rebuilt 4 corner idle 850 dp float to stop sticking? Is thete a good chem that i can add to my gas? Really dont want to pull it apart but i will if thats the only solution. Doesnt seem to be any rhyme ir reason. Does it at an idle wide open and anything inbetween. Intermitent....runs fine %75 of the time....gotto tap the bowls to unstick them.

Re: holly 850 dp floats sticking

Make sure the floats aren't binding on their hinges.

If that isn't it, replace the floats and the needle & seats, and make sure the floats and buoyancy springs are assembled correctly on the hinges.
