New Top End, need help to make sure I order all needed parts.

Hi
I am quite new to V8īs, have been rallying/racing straight 4 before, so I need some help. I want to be sure to order all needed parts so I donīt miss anything. I live in Sweden and want to try to get all the parts in one shipping.

The Engine (355") I have was in the car when I bought it, so I donīt know all about it. It was a newbuild when I bought the car and I have taken the pan off for changing gasket and could see that it was "new" but with cast parts.
Itīs bored 030 over and are decked (donīt know how much). The pistons are flat with 4 valve reliefs.
I am thinking of a Comp Cam retrofit hydraul roller, and if I understand it right you need to change timing cover to one with a "button" to keep the cam in place. I have read that you sometimes also need to change the distributor gear and the rod for the fuelpump ?

So maybe you guys can entlighten me whatīs needed and how it works when changing to a roller.
And please also look thru my list to see If I am missing anything, or should thinking of getting anything else instead.

Heads will probably be Profilers 195cc and 64cc (with springs for a roller)
or I might will go with AFR (but the Profiler is higher up on the list)

Cam will probably be Comp cam XR282HR with their lifters.
Magnum Roller rockers (1,52)
ARP High Performance Series Cylinder Head Bolts.
Head Gasket Fel-Pro Art: 1003
Intake Edelbrock Performer AirGap 7501
Intake gasket AFR-6810
Timing cover gasket.
Brake in oil

Timing Cover ?
Distributor gear ?
Push Rods, Make and Length ?

Many thanks from a Cold Sweden
Nick

I would call Chris Straub and ask about his custom Hydraulic Roller cams. He has helped many a member on this site and Team Chevelle. He will set you up with everything you need and answer as many questions as you have.
