can i remove any of the polution crap and vacume lines to get some more power ?? and where can i getan better mass air srns for an 86 z28 ?

your question is kind of a double edged sword.
a:yes,you can remove all "pollution crap",as well as all computer controlled crap and all your gauges and lights will still work.a haynes manual will help you with wiring diagrams,etc.
b:it is illegal to do so and operate on the street!also,if you have emission testing where you are at,you will have to look pretty stock to pass it.at least a cat and a.i.r tubes on the exhaust.
is this a carb or f/i car?
http://www.thirdgen.org is a good source of info,but dont take all you hear as gospel,although the senior members are a very knowledgable bunch!
