Question

Is anyone running this motor combination with a victor jr. intake manifold? I bought the right brackets but the top bolt on the alternator bracket sits too low for the high rise intake manifold...the guy said that he didn't even know of a power steering bracket for a long water pump 400 small block?
Which brackets do I need?
I already have the water pump and pulley and the harmonic balancer and pulley?
Thanks alot guys,
Donnie

When I went to the 400SB, I used everything but the fan for a car that came stock with a 400.Unsure if the 68 style pump would work with a 70's style bracket.I wish I could be of more help, but manual steering in mine.

Thanks alot man. I actually just swithed back to a short water pump and all of my old pulley's just so I didn't have to buy any new ones.
Thanks again,
Donnie

I have some pictures on my page of just that....its not really the stock amenities, but it was built for the use of a long pump.
