I have a 70 Camaro with a 350. Can someone answer what I will need to change if anything to put my 396 engine in?Will the frame mounts work? The engine is coming out of my 67 Chevelle. Will the small block engine mounts fit on a Big block engine? Thanks in advance...Dave

it will bolt in using the same mounts- only the first gen had the engine in differnet locations for whatever reason. you will, however, need the proper headers and front accessory brackets, but all the hoses and wiring should hook right up.

you don't plan sincerity.
you have to make it up on the spot.

wanna hear about 20 years ago when i was too smart to know any better?

Big Block 70-72 Camaros used the SAME frame brkts as the Z-28 which positioned the engine LOWER in the subframe.....as the Intake, Carb, Aircleaner at least with the L-78 & Z-28 needed more hood clearance.
These frame brkts (#'s escape me now) are VERY difficult to find.....Sure someone knows a way around this or use a cowl induc hood???
