I want to build my 69 camaro with fuel injection. I would like to build the fuel injection using junkyard parts (mostly cuz a friend owns a junkyard and i get the stuff for free.) I've seen in magazines people who have built their own fuel injection settups, but how do they get a computer for them? lets say I wanted to use two GM throttle bodies(without injectors) build my own intake and install GM fuel injectors in the intake. Can I get a computer for this? can I modify a stock piece or does someone build a computer to my specs? thanks for the help

P.S. the settup I mentioned above is just a hypothetical settup.

Look here: http://home.swbell.net/nitro57/EFI.HTM

I've looked around some for info.
I saw a nice presentation from Electromotive at SEMA last year, their system is nice.
It would cost about $1900. for the computer and ignition.
There are ways to do it with the factory computer but I believe they would be less tuneable.
