Question

I am having an original style Chev. intake and original model Qjet installed this week but I have 2 thermostat housings. Which should I use on my 350?
Potmetal (or alum,) lighweight unit with GM 3877660 number on it, or cast iron heavy unit with W 1425 number on it?
Ive cleaned and painted both of them, so just curious since they are identical in bolt pattern and angle of the hose bib, which one would be most original?

Click, next year I'll have my car done. I am putting it back together as we speak. I have color and it has been jammed. We are putting the rear end back in it this week and then lining up the subframe and bolting that on. This winter is going to be busy finishing up the wiring and interior. I would think I'd have it done by July of next year. Maybe some other shows also??

Thanks for the offer, but I am staying with the original 3:31 with my muncie M20. Now I have to pull out the Factory Assy manual to remember where everything goes. I think you are right, it is more fun putting it back together. Just very time consuming.
