Has anyone done this swap and can you help me on possible pitfalls, chip changes etc. I have all harnesses computer etc. [img]graemlins/waving.gif[/img]

Which Vortec motor do you have in mind? What car are you installing it to?

It is a 350 cubic in froma a full size truck. 1996.
I am installing it into a 1967. I dont forsee any physical problems but the exectronics and wiring may bring some issues.

Dave you might want to check out www.ccsmotorsports.com. They helped me with my 96 Lt1 install in my 67. They were able to help me find a computer and they made me a custom chip and harness. good luck with the swap
