I have a Camaro that has been rebuilt without a computer no AIR pump, O2, & MSD HEI.

What type of vaccum connections are required with a setup like this? All I know of is...brakes and vaccum advance for the ignition. Am I missing anything?

If you don't have a computer, you don't need a PCV valve, or any of the stuff hanging off of the intake do you? I'm considering putting valve cover breathers in place of the PCV & Air pre-breather, and plugging up the holes on the intake.

Keep the PCV, you'll want that. The vacuum advance, and transmission modulator should be all that's needed for vacuum (and brakes, if applicable)

And full time vacuum for the Heater/A/C. This allows the heater to work, i.e., temp door, vent door, & defroster vent. Also, will turn off the water valve, no hot water flowing through heater core, when A/C is selected.

Purple tubing is vacuum supply into the firewall, gray tubing is vacuum out from control unit to the water control valve (in the heater hose). Be sure to include a vacuum reservoir and a check valve in case of engine backfire. Search the local salvage yard, any GM car will do.
