GM EOS Assembly Lube

Have any of you ever used the GM EOS assembly lube? If so, what is your opinion of it? A friend says he has two cases bought prior to 2006, and that I can have it if I want it...

Thumbs up Re: GM EOS Assembly Lube

Only a few hundred times ... or more ...
I don't start performance engines without it.
Even the 'new' formula is an excellent pre-lube and start-up additive.

Love the stuff, I've been using it for very long time.

Never lost a motor with it.

Re: GM EOS Assembly Lube

As said, very good assembly lube. I even use it in my '88 Dually 454 just to keep it lubed when sitting for long times.

Price has gone up though, used to $4 bottle and last time I bought one at the dealer was $18.

Close to $500 worth (there were 12 to a case IIRC).

Re: GM EOS Assembly Lube

I suppose I need to pay him something for it then... He's moving far away, and doesn't want to take any liquids on the trip... and apparently he doesn't use it in his 'real cobras'.. Yes, more than one!
