Anyone with any experience on changing out a fuel tank filler neck? Mine is cracked and bent, so I ordered a new one and was wondering if anyone could give me tips on installation...

67 - 68 , open trunk, remove boot, hose clamp at neck, and 3 screws under gascap. Pull out neck... reinstall in reverse order.

Its as easy as Doug says! I think it took me about 15-20 minutes a couple of weekends ago.

If it's still the rubber peices from the 60's, you might want to consider replacing them while you're there (the filler sleave and the boot). I know Rick's and Classic Industries have them and I don't remember it being that expensive.
