I was unsure if this was the correct forum to ask this question but here it goes.

Has anyone converted the stock first gen Camaro throttle linkage to a Lokar cable system? I have the cable and required bracket but do know the best nethod for attaching the cable end to the gas pedal for proper operation.

Any help would greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Larry

Cool

What I did was to bend the top of the shaft, were the old cable went,so that the new Lokar cable fit through stright on,that is so the Lokar connector has the gas shaft facing at it,and then put a carter pin through, going horizontaly. Also keep the cable straight, and short, and lubed.
