HI, IM NEW TO THE CAMARO SCENE. I JUST RECENTLY FOUND A 68 Z28 RS THAT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS.THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM BOUGHT IT IN 1971. ITS A MATCHING NUMBER CAR WITH SOME PARTS MISSING. HE SAID IT HAD REAR DISC BRAKES ON IT(HE TOSSED THEM OUT!)IT ALSO HAD A PLENUM INTAKE THATS ALSO GONE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I COULD FIND THIS SETUP AND HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY? ALSO THE PAINT CODE IS A DASH, WHAT COLOR SHOULD THIS BE? THANKS

I'm sorry I can't personally help you with your question. Hopefully someone else will be able to.

Finding an original plenum air cleaner assembly will be very difficult. Do you need the entire assembly, or, just the air duct? The entire assembly can be had here for $735,

http://taperfresto.com/cowl_plenum_a_c.html

You might want to try "parts wanted" such as here,

https://www.camaros.net/classifieds/wanted/

Your brakes were probably disc in front, drum in rear.

Regarding your paint, copy the info on your trim tag(drivers side firewall). Post here and someone can decode for you.
