Where can I buy a correct AC fuel filter for a '69 350? I am referring to the gold cannister just above the water pump that is used in conjunction with the 3 piece fuel lines. Normally I buy everything from Rick's but all they have is a silver non-original looking replacement.

The GF-432 filters are usually up on ebay all the time for around $50. The originals are silver with red lettering, not gold.

I found one on eBay.

Just for grins I called my local parts store (Advance Auto Parts) and gave them the GF-432 part number. They can order one for $32.95. Is there a difference between an original and a new one?

Yes there is a difference. The one they will get you will look the same, it just has black lettering and doesnt say GF-432. It has some other number on it like 1404365 or so.
