I have a shot at a 3932386 350 block, standard bore that will clean at .020 with an 1182 steel crank, flat top pistons and original rods. My research says it's a '68 or '69 302, 327 or 350 block and the date code on the block verifies this. Stamped on the deck on the front of the block is VOI07XA. I need to know what this decodes to, use-wise. I need the info ASAP as the chance at the block will pass by morning. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Why would it matter? The block is the same regardless of the original application. Just buy it if you need a block.

THanks for the help. While we're at it, I have one more I need checked - the last 3 digits of the deck stamp are CLU. What does this indicate? It's an engine in a '79 'vette, but I know it's not original and I'd kinda like to know what it came out of. Thanks again for all your help!

CLU indicates a 1973 350, originally with th350 trans, Calif vehicle, 165hp, 2-barrel carb, body style A B F/Monte

Not a performance block, so don't pay out big $$$ if you decide to purchase it.
