i'm buying a friends 91 rs tbi 305.

i have a 350 from a 83 Z28 that i used to have. what kinda of stuff will i have to do to swap it over from the tbi.

Personally, I would leave the TBI on it. seems backwards to get rid of fuel injection and go to a carb. Might take some tuning, but I bet it would work and probably run better than the carb. The other thing is, depending on where you live, I doubt you would ever get the carb to pass emmissions testing.

well my 350 is around 400hp. and i just have it sitting on my stand. i also have a tpi set up from a friends 350 iroc. i just figured that my 350 would like a new home.

i have a 99 Z28 to but i hate beating on it, so i figured the rs would be fun toss my motor in.

kb 10.2.1. pistons, a comp 280h cam.
