I will install speed pro plasma moly rings.
For about 5000km the cylinders was bored .060
I can still se the honing marks in the cylinders
but I will do a honing jobb for seating the new rings.
Which grit is best for these rings?
Can I do this my self or should I leave this to a pro?

The molley rings take virtually nothing to get seated... If you can still see the hone marks, you may be able to leave it alone...
But I'f you're taking the crank out anyway, and you already have the hone then have at it...
