I am putting the motor together and grabbed the motor mounts and found they are different. Is there a way to tell which one goes on which side? I did the search thing but did not find anything. Thanks for any help

For frame mounts..

I didn't think you could flip them b/c they bolt on with three bolts and should have a flange that goes over the lip of the X-member??

Anyway, I figure the tall one goes on the drivers side to tilt the motor up away from the steering box..

For rubber mounts, same as just above..

The driver side frame mount should have a hole drilled through it to attach the clutch return spring.

If they have GM part numbers, odd numbers are usually for the left side.
