Hey,

I just finished putting my new 650 speed demon with vaccuum secondary on my victor jr intake manifold. There are a few more things I must do to complete the installation. The old bracket for my throttle linkage is not usable with the new carburetor. There are two prongs on the electric choke when before there was one plug. There is no place on the carburetor for the (vaccuum?) hose coming from the driver side valve cover. Does anyone know where I can get special throttle and kickdown cable brackets for my application? Where are the two wires from the electric choke supposed to come from? What can I do about the hose coming from the valve cover? Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Samuel

for the pvc coming from the valve cover, get a manifold vacuum tree at the parts store. should be a spot behind the carb for one, if its not already taken by powerbrake booster.
two tabs on elect choke. one is ground so run a wire to the carb mount stud or to the firewall, the other can be either run off the accessories fuse or tie it into the ignition before the resistor wire.
I'm taking a stab in the dark that your carb has mount holes on the pass side for secondary hookups, if not your primaries and secondaries are hooked together with linkage on the drivers side(setup for manual tranny applications) I advise that you go to the companies website to verify vacuum secondary is an option for that carb model.
prolly be able to get a generic throttle linkage system at your local autoparts store too. Though why your application now doesnt work you didnt mention.
