I work with a guy thats says is is building up an 800 hp 400 sb. Is this possible being that it is naturally aspirated is only bored .030 over? If so what would need to be done to the engine?

Sure it's possible, but not cheap. What's he planning on doing with it once built?

409SB, TH350, 12bolt 4.10<br />6.86 @ 98.8 on pump gas

not impossible, but a stock block wouldn't last long.

http://shafiroff.com/ offers a 472"SB @725hp,nothing stock of course.
