If the engine is locked up, you're SOL. There is no "magic" cure. A new engine, or a rebuild are the only options.

You didn't post an area your writting from - but if they have any 'Pick-N-Pulls' near you they can be a good source of a 'running' engine or block to get you going for less than a full rebuild at this point.
I've done this for a few 'pennyless' friends and offspring over the last couple years and things have worked out quite well - all of them are still running. Just hoping to help you get on the road as fast as possible.
I would then take your original engine, if the core is any good, and have it rebuilt by a good machinist as finances permit so you can reinstall it if you plan to keep the car.

BTW - years ago we did sieze an engine (pistons galled to cylinders)while playing in the Desert - let it cool, removed the plugs and poured "Marvel" into the cylinders, pushed it & played with the starter and hand cranked it to get it moving, reinstalled the plugs and drove the smoking heap to the hwy where we could get it towed into town. Isn't something I would recommend or would work every time - but it worked this time!
Then there's the time Ed broke a piston Dune Running in his 327 powered Jeep and we tore it down and he carved a plug outa firewood and ...
Dang offroading was Fun!!!!!!

If a man says something in the garage - and his wife can't hear him - is he still wrong !!!
