Hey all,
I have a mild .030 over 350 and am interested in going the T.P.I. route. Currently the car has a Holley 4 bbl. So far, I have learned that I should try to find a system of a 1986 350 car, so that I can keep my heads. If anyone can give me any advice on this swap, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks.
Chris.

You can get the intake set up from a Corvette 1985-1991 the Vette aluminum heads kept the standard intake bolt patern.

I believe my bud purchased an 86 Firebird which had been wrecked that had a TPI 350 in it. I believe he hangs out on the 3rdgen.org site. If you like I'll see if I can get you in touch with him. He is in the process of assembling as a 383 TPI. He had the 86 heads reworked for larger valves, porting, and deeper spring pockets. Just about ready to tackle the ECM.

The EFI forum at www.chevytalk.com was a huge help for me. I went with the Holley system. The guys there can talk you through pretty much anything.
