Crane Cams makes a 'blueprint' 30-30 cam that has the original GM specs. They also make the -140 off-road cam. If you go to a dealer and order the GM service replacement cam for a '69 302 - it is not the original 30-30 cam.

What do you mean by stock one? Like stock 69 z-28, 254 dur., 485 lift solid. If so I think your right.

That's what I mean!

It's funny b/c when I look through Elgins and Clevites cam lists and see all the stock, hi-po grinds of old and at decent prices vs looking at name brand cams being way higher priced!!

I figure they are being reboxed and I would be paying for a name??

AND that's why I brought this up....

Oh, and PAW's house cams fall in here, b/c they sell the 30-30 for cheap too!!

I ended up getting it a Ricks for $155 w/ lifters. Best I could find in the short time I had.
Thanks!

Tony,

I think you can get the Crane Blueprint 30-30 cam from GM Performance Parts, but the 'Service Replacement' cam listed in the normal parts manual is not the 30-30.
