I'm looking to buy a 12 bolt open dif. It has 2.73 gears and is complete with the axles. Does $50 sound too good to be true or just a good deal?

There has to be something wrong with it - just give me the guy's phone number and I'll find out.

Just kidding - Hard to tell, you'll have to look at it and judge for yourself. If it's all there or missing easy to get parts and IT'S NOT BENT! then it is an absolute steal at that price.

Double check what it came out of and snatch it up if it fit's your needs (or even for trade fodder). OR I'll be back in the Manassas area in about two weeks and ..........

I haven't acutally seen it. I have just talked to him, and he has sent pictures. He told me the case has F29 on it. Does this make any sense?

Ask him for the numbers stamped into the axle tube. Also, what is the casting number on the pumpkin? If it's a Camaro 12 bolt, $50 is a steal.
