Hello, I have a Hays " Gold" diaphram pressure plate and disc in my Z, and it works great. Have also used the Macleod Diaphrams with great success also. Some guys also run centreforce but it is hard to balance as the weights on the fingers have to be removed first. I have done this and beside what they claim i have never found one closer than 10 grams.

I run a Centerforce DF but I would highly recomend the Centerforce 2. It has a less aggresive friction material so it will slip slightly more than the DF off the line when driving on the street around town (which is a good thing). If I had a bit more torque, I would definately go with the DF again. My nearly stock 302 needs a bit of slip with only 3.73 gears IMHO.
