Question

I recently came into an LS6 engine from an 02' Z06. I was wondering what i would need to drop this into my 95 z28. Does anyone know where to get information on this. Will it be too difficult? will it be worth it? What do I need?
thank you.

I'd rate it as pretty tough. Virtually everything involved with the engine will have to be changed; computer, wiring harness, mounts, exhaust, trans or bellhousing/trans, etc. Plus depending on where you live it may not be legal anyway as far as smog regs.

It can be done but probably easier to sell yours and pick up an LS1 car, then swap.

Check out the "hybrids" section on the board at www.ls1tech.com. This part of their board talks about all sorts of LS1 / LS6 swaps into almost anything with wheels.
