Does anyone know what to do with a $380.00 CSI high torque when it starts to drag slow, I tryed to contact CSI but those folks only want to sell you a starter not repair there products Thanks ART.

Hey Art;

Look up the local 'Electrical Motor Repair' shops in your area - if I remember right there are a couple good ones in the Stockton area. They would be best equiped to test and repair any problems with the motor if that is the problem. They can normally handle low voltage (12 ~ 24 vdc) motors as well as the high ones. I have used these repair houses to do several older motors used in specialized automotive/truck/marine applications as the typical rebuilders only have the stock type parts to install when they do rebuilds.
