GM sells as a functional replacement an interlocking type motor mount. Does anyone use these on a healthy engine? Is the design such that there is no way for the engine to come out of the mount?

my Nova has an interlocking mount on the driver's side, with what appears to be a gm part number on it. it looks pretty impossible for the mount to move more than about 1/4", even if the rubber is totally gone. so, yes, i would say it would be safe to use on a high hp application.

you don't plan sincerity.
you have to make it up on the spot.

wanna hear about 20 years ago when i was too smart to know any better?
